Summer of Design 2019, DT:DC

In 2019, I took part in the Design Thinking program, Summer of Design. The design challenge was, “How might we improve the taxpayer experience for woman owned small business?”

In this 12 week challenge we covered all the basics of to equip innovators with tools, mindsets and processes to innovate within organizations. We also learned how to use user research to connect and empathize to solve problems by identifying gaps and painpoints. I have shared some of the deliverables from this course below.
